1. Access and Use

These Terms govern your access and use of the platform. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

2. Marketplace Conduct and Non-Circumvention

Sellers and suppliers may not use EcoBuiltConnect to identify, contact, or build relationships with buyers or customers and then directly or indirectly move those transactions outside the platform. Using buyer information or marketplace introductions to solicit, divert, or complete off-platform business is prohibited for 12 months from the relevant introduction or transaction opportunity and is a condition of continued use of the website and platform.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Website are EcoBuiltConnect’s intellectual property or licensed to us.

4. Liability Limitations

We provide the platform "as-is". EcoBuiltConnect is not responsible for:

• Merchant product quality or compliance.
• Delivery delays or stock issues.
• Customer disputes caused by merchants.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our liability is capped at fees paid in the last 6 months (for merchants).
• No limitation applies where prohibited by law (CPA, POPIA, gross negligence).

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of South Africa.
